Yes, I agree. Close to the Edge was definitely the finished product. It often comes top of the prog polls and is clearly their finest hour for most people, including me. But it’s good to give some love to this album, I think, as it was a proper stepping stone while on their way to full prog glory! Many thanks, Paul, for reading and responding.
